If you are needing to return one of our items, please ensure you identify which of the below processes is most appropriate and follow it accordingly to ensure that we are able to assist you as best we can.
We happily accept returns for change of mind within 30 days from date of purchase, with tags still attached.
Please note that change of mind returns will not be offered for items purchased on sale or during a promotion (excluding the sign-up promotion). Snug as a Bub & Co. take extreme care in ensuring our goods are of the highest quality, so if you find a fault with one of our products we will review the issue as soon as possible and if found faulty, we will replace it for you. Please allow up to 5 business days for us to receive your return.
